Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Bear Cups. We want your new bear cup to reach you quickly, safely, and with clear expectations about delivery.
By placing an order on bearcups.com, you agree to the shipping terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (business days).
- Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–7 business days after you place your order.
- During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, major promotions), processing may take a little longer. If there are unusual delays, we’ll do our best to update the site or email you.
Note: Processing time is separate from the delivery time shown in your shipping estimate.
2. Delivery Times (Based on What You See at Checkout)
We use dynamic shipping estimates in the cart and at checkout.
- The delivery window you see on the product page and at checkout is the most accurate estimate for your address and chosen shipping method.
- This estimate already includes both processing and transit time, based on your region and the carrier service.
Because shipping networks and customs can vary, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, but we always ship as quickly as possible and follow the same timing you see when you place your order.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Your shipping address
- The shipping method you choose
- Any active free-shipping offers or promotions
You will always see your final shipping cost before completing your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:
- Your tracking number
- A tracking link so you can follow your package
If you don’t see this email:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Then contact us at support@bearcups.com with your order number
5. Shipping Insurance & Damage-Free Guarantee
All shipments include shipping protection.
- If your Bear Cups™ order arrives broken, cracked or heavily damaged, we’ve got you covered.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging
Once verified, we will send a replacement according to our damage-free guarantee.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For some countries, your shipment may be subject to:
- Customs fees
- Import duties
- Local VAT / taxes
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control or predict these charges, as they are set by your local authorities.
Please contact your local customs office if you need more information about fees in your country.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for:
- Non-delivery
- Misdelivery
- Extra costs related to re-shipping
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we can:
- Reship it to a corrected address (additional shipping fee may apply), or
- Process a refund for the product(s) according to our Refund Policy (any original shipping costs may not be refundable)
If you notice an address mistake immediately after ordering, email us at support@bearcups.com with the correct information. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.
9. Lost, Stalled or Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
If your tracking shows that your parcel is stuck or delivered but you didn’t receive it:
- First check with:

- Your building’s reception/mailroom
- Your local post office or courier office
- If it’s still not found, contact us at support@bearcups.com with:

- Your order number
- Your tracking number
We will open an inquiry with the carrier.
If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will either resend your order or issue a refund, depending on stock and the circumstances.
